Oh well thats magnificent Roy.

Thanks Woy, we all feelsomuch better for that comment.

The whole things stinks. For at least the fourth tournament in a row, we have played players, on reputation only, and let them players play where they like, forcing others to play out of position.

This year its Hodgson, Rooney and his deep lying midfield role, that he has never played in his life.

Rooney was dogshit, and all this has done is undermine every midfielder open to selection.

What Woy was saying is that Wayne is a better midfielder than all of you in the country, even though he isnt a midfielder at all.

And some of you will have to play in different positions so Wayne can have his place.

Oh, and because I need to get Wayne in, I will be changing the formation, to suit wayne, and the whole country will have to suffer.

But hey, plenty of people agreed with him.

Thought Rooney was very good against Russsia and also Wales when called upon. Not quite as good against Slovakia but had a shocker last night. I still rate him in central midfield higher than any other central midfielder we took. N

It's ok southgate is the favourite for the job, we're in very safe, mini hodgson, fa moulded hands.

He wont rock the boat, he'll keep picking the players to sell shirts, and might even get us to a steady quarter final one day if our dreams come true.

You don't agree with playing Rooney in midfield? Why did you not mention this earlier?!

PS the only alternative you offered was Wilshire and he was terrible against Slovakia.

Chris Waddles comments were the best, Shearers the most damning.

All in all a thoroughly abject week for the whole of England.

And the suits at the FA will be lining up another suit to wear the suit and the FA blazer with style.

I am staggered that Woy couldnt find it within himself to give more game time to Marcus Rashford, or any gametime to John Stones and Ross Barkley.

ALthough, at least them three can be kept away from ANY critisism. As can the other two keepers.

5 players that shouldall have a shout immediately of a game next time. Yet we all know the new bloke will still pick Rooney, Hart, and will find a place for Milner in the squad.

England havent learnt for 20 years now. And it seems they never will.

For me only one English manager can get that job now and thats Glen Hoddle. And he is a fucking crank.

The players should be getting vilified by football fans all over england for months/years now. But we all know that come August the fans will be singing their names, for their clubs, and making out like they are the greatest players ever.

None of us ever learn.

At least the british public werent so stupid with brexit and voted to leave.

Yes he was. He clearly wasnt as fit as he needed to be. That doesnt mean he isnt a top player.

Woy should have known that. The fact he picked him suggested he was fit enough.

But there is more to the Rooney love in than wilshire.

England were going to play 4 3 3. Or 4 2 3 1. Agaisnt GERMANY THEY LOOKED GOOD.

But then Rooney comes back in and the only way Woy could makeit work, for Rooney, was to force Vardy and kane into wide areas and let Rooney play the main role.

It failed.

So Woy then changed formation, and allowed Rooney to then play in Midfield. Again focring other players to play strange roles. Alli, playing a secondary role to Rooney.

This game we had Sturridge playing on the wing, and he looked so pissed off he played like he was pisssed off.

He brought Rashford into the squad. He played well in the friendley, was top drawer when he came on v Wales, and looked the best player last night in 5 minutes.

Yet thats all he got.

And remember he took Rooney off to get Rashford on.

There are more examples of players being fucked about to accommodate Rooney. If anyone thinks Rooney is our best midfield player they must be on drugs or a manure fan.

He looked exactly like he is. A stiker/No 10, thinking he is the dogs bollocks thinking he can play anywhere he likes, and thinking he has skill and the range of passing of an Iniesta, Kroos, or even a Glen Hoddle.

Well he doesnt, never has had, and never will.

Would that be the same jack Wilshire that has failed to complete 90 minutes at club level since 2014?

Find mention Stirling either. Neither of them should have been on the plane.

I think Shearer should get the Job. He can then hang his picture in the FA offices or even orifices.

I missed the first half last night. Did Rooney complete any passes longer than 2 metres in that half? Because he certainly didn't in the second. And by passes I mean to white shirts.
