The bit I find offensive is:

- hats or head coverings are not permitted except when worn for religious reasons

Since when do religious preferences trump my personal preferences?
Or to put it another way, if a turban doesn't interfere with their "biometrics" then the restriction is completely unnecessary and should be shoved under the legislator’s toupée.

TBF Mr Monty, Turbans don't have a brim or a peak, therefore no shadowing on the face, to cover the eyes etc.
