Just looking at getting new broadband as moved house and work doesnt transfer it over due to new rules so have to find my own and claim it back. As i know people on here e.g Yubep are more techy than I am which is the best one I been on money saving expert but all i want is the best speed in area and if i can get free footy with it great. I can get a tv package etc as unfortunatly work wont pay for that and I have a Kodi box anyway hense the need for best speed.

Pretty much all the same I find, just the customer service that differs. Virgin boast about having better cables but I don't think it makes that much difference at the speeds domestic users receive.

As far as customer service goes, I've had no bother with plusnet who are just BT under a different name I believe.

Virgin customer service has been spot on for me. Lovely Scots lasses always answer quite quickly.

I've had a nightmare with BT customer service and a new installation. 2 months with no broadband and a load of lies from their customer service staff. Wouldn't recommend.

I'm with BT. Had no probs and great service. Talk Talk on the other hand are a bunch of not very nice people when it comes to customer service.

Avoid EE absolute bobbins, as virgin can't tell me when they will be able to supply I have gone back to BT, mind I can't have infinity despite living 150 yards from the fooking exchange
