Shite and what is it with the yelling from the pa moron?

Spain won, "ground" out a result. Had most of the play didn't finish clinically. Reminded me in a way of England, yet Spain and Germany both won, not drew and kept clean sheets.

Ps, stop yelling Pa Moron, have a glass of warm Milk and relax!

Czech Rep were shite, utter shite. If Spain had a striker worthy of their midfield it would have been a cricket score.

Them alongside Engalnd, comfortably the two best teams so far.

Yet like said above, England didnt win.

Germany look like going far to me.

Someone like Rooney?

Oh and Iniesta produced one of the best individual displays ever. What a player.

I thought Spain were very good and completely outclassed Czech Republic. It's difficult to know exactly what Czech should have done given the technical ability of the Spanish players was far in excess of anything they could muster. I thought their centre halves had good games (with the exception of the goal, which is a pretty big exception) but my main criticism of Czech was that they simply didn't commit enough to the attack when they did manage to get the ball. It was fairly obvious that their only way of scoring was going to be trying to hit Spain on the break but for large parts they were far too ponderous.

The fact that it took Spain nearly 90 minutes to score does raise questions about their ability to finish teams off, however, and it may be they will yet come to rue leaving their top goal scorer from qualifying, Paco Alcácer, out of the squad.

But for a start it was a good win.
