Does anyone else think he might have been set up? Firstly, why would anyone in their right mind make and wear something like that in public? Secondly, the image doesn't look right to me, possibly Photoshopped.

If it is genuine then he is one serious oddball.

The guy had previous for it, there's a pic of him with a top on asking if scousers should be at home abusing their kids.
