Weirdly I was watching a Rick Stein programme the other week on BBC 2 in Shanghai and he bought crab from a fish market and was told it came as does most of the crab meat in China the UK as the rivers are that polluted over there it makes the crab meat taste minging so it's the actual Chinese eating foreign muck.
