This wouldnt be anything to do with a parking ticket from the vue car park yesterday would it?

All issued by northern parking services.

I know someone that got one that was actually in the cinema. They had cpmmitted the terrible crime of parking up but then walking to asda for sweets rather than buying at vue.

The c unt that gave the ticket was giving them indiscrininately and didnt give a fuck.

Infact I suggest a protest against vue cinemas for this practice.

I know the person concerned is contacting vue with a view to giving maximim publicity against them.

I wish Mr Colonel it was, but alas, REALLY do need a bit of advice.

Pm the fat man.

He isnt very bright but knows a bit a bout the law.

Is it Insolvency, Civil, Family or Criminal legal advice you need?

Civil, I think.

Try to contact everyone else who got a ticket and make sure they all refuse to pay, would be took expensive for the company to pursue.

Parking tickets at the cinema are not issued by the council and are not legally enforceable.

It's not a parking ticket aswell it's an invoice.

Moral of the story don't pay it, you don't have to.

Companies never used to chase these parking CHARGES (not a fine) up and simply ignoring them would make them go away. It seems to have changed now though so have a look on http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/private-parking-tickets for recommended course of action.

What really gets under my skin is that vue cinemas invited this bunch of c unts to patrol the car park.

They deserve to go bust. And I hope they do.

And I hope the bloke that issued the tickrts suffers extreme pain through a slow developing illness. As well as his kids.

Just spoke to the person I know. They have appealed as they had the cinema ticket.

Apparently though the firm still claim that they went off site so are liable.

They havent heard from vue cinemas yet.

How does anyone do a job like that and live with themselves?
