My Uncle who lives darn sarf, plays it and he really enjoys it. Enjoys the social element too. Being retired gets him out the house, plus the health benefits of gentle exercise. Also its a game of football, that he hadn't been able to play for years, and thought he wouldn't be able to play again.

I play it already every Monday night at the domes..I am under age...so I run rings round them but it's ultra competitive...great for fitness.
