The reality is that a website is simply a small piece of software. Whether that website is deemed to be good or bad is a matter of taste. There will be fluctuations in traffic on all sites and that will go inline with the activity of the subject matter.

One thing is for sure and that is that forums such as this and all like them will die out in due course. Typical age is 40+ on here and pretty much every other football related website forum because thats what we got used to when forums appeared in the 90's. There are hardly any 'kids' who log in because they are more comfortable with the likes of Facebook.

Give it another few years and the boards will become less and less active until none of us can be bothered. In the meantime, enjoy them for what they are and stop thinking that you're on either side of the Somme.

if it has been part of your daily routine to check in 40 or so times a day, this is habit and we are creatures of habit, older people can now work computers and I think you will be surprised at the bunkerbilities endurance factor :dance:
