Just the one 18 yard box or do they plan to regenerate both ?

Im quite happy with the 18 yard area nearest the Town End as it is TBH. Certainly wouldnt want to see them build flats in it.

I sponsored that area last year so i might get a shout out if they do that bit up.

I sponsor one of the corners.
You can build a shop on it if you want but I want my name in big painted letters on the roof and a free copy of Razzle every time we score from that corner.

I'm not sure what it adds. Possibly a public statement to say that the antagonistic days of Ken Jong Il are officially over.

The statement tells us nothing at all. I'd love to read the MoU to see what both sides are agreeing to (if actually anything).

Must be a quiet news day. An MOU is simply The Council recognising that there is a football club in the town, and Pools recognising that there is a fat jolly boy in charge of the council... bbolt confised

Looks like a right meeting of minds that photo.

So an MOU eh?

Jesus wept.

Looks like RG has lost some weight, probably due to training for this march with Jeff Stelling.

The photographer had a digital camera - and this was the best shot he could get?

He is doing what he did with the previous chairmen, pissing up his back and telling him it`s raining!

Good news, exactly what is needed. The council want the area around the millhouse redeveloped and the club need to generate extra income from outside of football hotel / other commercial income etc.

Can only be a positive move surely sctatchinghead

I'm happy to sign an MOU for a helicopter landing pad on the roof of the Mill House so I can get to more matches. I haven't got the money for a helicopter or to build the pad but I've got a brand new Biro and a tie and I'd like to have my picture in the Mail.

The local elections are due. Councillors acknowledging existence of club. Nowt to be taken seriously.

Good suit. Big fan of the navy it works for most occasions. Nice tie as well and the pocket square finishes if off well.

Coxall is really mixing it up fashion wide this year. He's had some great jumper combos and I imagine he's wearing a good pair of brogues under the table.

Massive change from Ken who always went for the old man Grey suit.

He looks really clean, which is offset massively by Russ green whose really going for the just rolled in from a night club look.

Clearly wasn't the right time for a shumper but the hanky in the suit pocket was a bit much. I'd say tried a tiny a bit too hard and ended up with just a hint of pimp about him. Brogues wouldn't pull that back, not even a very nice pair.
