Shouting "White Rabbit" on the 1st of March has been lucky for me.

Indeed! A combination of not being able to make games, falling out of touch with Pools, etc. Not - as Mr I modestly thinks - to do with a JFK assassination debate he got thoroughly thrashed in (and has a poor recollection of)

The main reason I'm back is because some horrible fiddling silly boy from West View (that's just been sent down) was discussed on that weird Proboards Pools forum and some bloke called "Shamrock" said it was me.

It's nice to call back in. I'll probably stick around. Besides, I saw Sussex was regularly asking after me, and he's here right now! It's like the most disappointing episode of This Is Your Life.

That's just disgraceful. I see whatever was said has been deleted. Their moderator is pretty reliable, to give him credit. He needs to be.

Utterly appalling. Too bloody stupid to discuss really.

Appalling is right.

I take a quick look on there when things are really slow here. Digs aimed at The Bunker are a fairly regular occurrence.

No big deal, but what's more disturbing is the guy who posts Far Right propaganda about immigration. Don't know about 'pretty reliable' moderation. That stuff gets left up and some of it is incitement, pure and simple.

I'm self employed so it is good news for me. It's shocking that it isn't worked into employment contracts like.

Yeah. A good mate of mine flagged the post within two hours of going up. I was more offended at the fact the guy looked like a BDO player crossed with a ginger André the Giant, the cheeky get.

I am indeed! Eight years and still going strong. Still get back to Hartlepool on a semi-regular basis, but with the time situation as it is, I find it hard to justify going to Pools games even when they're on over weekends I'm back!

Is it still just the same 6 people posting on there?

Yes...there should probably be a lot more banning from message boards in general. But points are often dressed up. Readers might 'know' a poster is prejudiced and racist, or even trolling, but he conjures up spurious 'reasons' for his views to avoid being nailed.

Anyway, to get round all that, I suggest that any poster who posts the same point over and over again, even if using different words to do so, should be summarily banned on principle.

Don't want to cause bother but I'm sure Grabec has said all that before, Madjohn keeps posting facts and reasonable opinions, you mention the law, Mr I is all heart nowadays and ElvisC likes his records. Ban 'em all. And me, or a variety of repeating myself offences.

Too true, should do some of that with the repetitive left-wing garbage that gets posted on here regularly by a fair few posters as well.

Just a minute.....that means if anyone is banned from now on, I'll get the blame. Also, if they get banned I'll no longer be able to shout at them on the Bunker and might have to start on normal people.

We've already established that you don't know what 'left-wing' means, so your comment is empty of content. Besides, monkeybutt has told me in confidence that your brain isn't accessible to reason. I don't know how he knows this, but he sounded [i]very[i] convincing.

Not much thinking going on between you and monkeybutt. Why don't you put your heads together and make a log cabin.

OK, let's simplify this. Let's take it very slowly.
You rummage around a little in your head and try and extract what you take to be the meaning of 'left-wing', then we'll have grounds for a discussion.

In it's purest form it (left-wing) stands for social equality but it the modern day sense it has turned into hypocrisy, anti imperialism, anti-establishment, anti-capitalism, state control by one political party, mass immigration, communism, feminism and anarchy. If anyone wants that in this country - and in my opinion we are well on the way - then within 50 years this country will be unrecognisable from the country I grew up in. Notice I said hypocrisy first? Every high-ranking left-winger, communist or socialist I've ever watched always stand forward as being a champion of the people, the people's saviour and the poor persons superman, despite being ever so slightly rich themselves. Hypocrites? You'd better believe it.

Anything else on the subject you want to know? As you obviously weren't too sure yourself.

Anything else I'd like to know? Yes, I'd like to know on what grounds you decide that when posters on here speak up against social injustice, they are really in favour of "hypocrisy, anti imperialism, anti-establishment, anti-capitalism, state control by one political party, mass immigration, communism, feminism and anarchy"?

They might be, for all I know. They might be lots of things but they what are talking about is social injustice. When I care about some people being reduced to poverty while other people have 3 or 4 houses and more money than they know what to do with, I don't take kindly to being told it's 'left-wing garbage'. I don't give a fish's tit whether my point is right wing or left wing. The situation is just wrong, ethically wrong, and needs putting right.

Your reply exactly proves my point....that whenever a policy idea is mooted, or a point made about social justice, you immediately pour forth a load of 'left-wing' labels instead of listening to whether an idea is true or considering or what are the best policies to benefit the most people.
