Well done, let us know when you win in the football league and we'll take you seriously.

Unlike Hyde with you who I have seen twice and they are shocking. How many times have you seen an evo stick team?

Howdo Sussex

As I'm out of the loop with Darlo - are you guys any closer to a move back to Darlington? What is the clubs financial situation now? Is it stable or are you guys still needing funds?

Not a wind up , genuinely interested - from my part, I miss the derby games and would love to see Darlo back in the league. After all, what happened to Darlo, could happen to quite a few lower league teams.

My boss is a huge Darlo fan and he was telling me last week that things are not looking good on the financial side

They could be only 2 divisions away from getting back into the Football League in a few months.
A remarkable achievement considering they were a nortern league team a few years ago.
Will always Hate Darlo but a league fixture against them cant come quick enough and for this reason good luck to them.

They are doing well but getting through the National League North and then whatever the Conference is called at the moment will be very tough. Without a half-decent ground and a strong financial base to start with its hard to see how they'll get through those leagues without many years of patient building.

I'd far rather see a traditional, northern lower division club like them back rather than a lot of the other options but without a lot of cash it won't happen quickly.

They have just signed one of the best strikers in their league so I doubt they are struggling financially now. They didn't have any home games for ages so was probobly a temporary cash problem. They have beaten Blyth and Salford away so looks like their more than well equipped to handle the league above. I would be surprised if they weren't back in the conference within three years.

They are getting gates over over 900, so that's good for a traditional none league club like them.

We can't afford a conference ground at the moment and we had no home games for nearly three months.

There's a fucking massive stadium on the A66 by-pass..why not use that? Just an idea, like. It seems such a waste...

are you heading back to Darlo this summer Fatty? The deal with a rugby club? Or has that fallen through? I've read and heard conflicting things so am genuinely interested.
