1-1

Fenwick and Compton.

Compton and Harrison sent off.

My dad kicked out for repeated bad language at the ref.

3-1 to Pools who do not play in a 442 formation. James 1 Paynter 2.

Compton sent off after an altercation with an angry looking man in an anorak near the NW corner. Massive Twitter storm follows as Compton alleges that the man said something 'nasty and spiteful that upset me lots.'

Compton to get an absolute battering.

After that there'll be a game of football.

Hopefully of to a winning start my team would be

Carson
Richards Jackson Bates Carroll/Jones
Featherweight Magnay
Thomas Gray James
Painter

Just in my opinion this would be a strong Team both in Defence and attack

2-1 James first scorer and Magnay to have Compton in his back pocket even though footy shorts don't have pockets.

3-1 win. James, Jackson and Paynter. Matty Dolan to score a penalty after Compton breaks a nail in the box.

He needs Magnay at right back, Richards costs us goals, even though his crossing is decent!

No matter who plays at right or left back crosses will come in regardless it just depends on how many.
For me on Tuesday night we lost the game again because the Midfield were not in control of the game which is why Moore had an awful record cos he just coudnt seem to fathom it out, in any team your midfield is your engine.
Shit Midfield Shit Results.

3-1 and James to get at least one of those. Can see theirs coming from either Compton, Dolan or Bird.

I agree Magnay at right back. Compton to have a little fanny fit after the abuse he gets taking corners. I don't condone it but I predict something will hit his head too.

An early goal making a cracking atmosphere but can't see more than 4k there though.

Just checked the price - 9/5 with Sky Bet, I think i'll be having a good heave on that.

2-0 Pools, Paynter x2.

Compton a certainty to score, wind the crowd up and someone with even fewer brains than Compo chucks something at him. Please, don't!

Hope Matty Dolan gets a good reception - he always did all right for us and I'd have preferred him to some of our other midfielders.

I hope he realises we can't defend and goes for a more solid backline ,I'd like to see magnay at right back and Jones in at left back, Carroll seems undroppable for some reason and he's awful! Jones is a better defender.

Carson
Magnay bates Jackson Jones

Featherstone Woods

James gray Thomas

Paynter

I'd like something like that, obviously I'd rather not play the likes of Featherstone but what else do we have!!!

Got to be a win hasn't it? Our lads playing at 100% to impress the new gaffer, roared on by the biggest gate of the season and Compton injured in the warm up (not badly, just so he misses the game, I'm not a complete twat).

Or, it will be something else.

I am not interested in the something else.

New man in charge, new hope, new start

I've got a few quid on pools to win today.

Don't care how they win, but for those heading to the Vic, I hope its a cracker - end to end with Pools winning 4 - 3.
