Conflicting weather reports can play havoc with estimated travel times. I'm saying nowt until PJ and Chip have established the likely road conditions.

We need another 7 page weather thread before anyone decides whether to go or not.

I don't envisage any problems with road conditions with temperatures around 3 to 4 above this evening in the Accrington area. However journey times could be increased due to crowd congestion as Accrington sometimes accract four figures on a Tuesday night.

I'm predicting 2 hours 16 minutes, if you hit the traffic lights on red near the ground, if not two and a quarter hours.

So what's the team going to be tonight? Will Harrison come straight into the start?

Depends on prevailing winds and the moisture retention of a pitch that has been heavily sanded over the winter.

In that case I reckon Elvis will do it in 2 hours 18 minutes as his car has a better than average radio. Five minutes slower for Mr Butt who just has kids TV themes on an endless loop inside his head.

I would say 2 hours 19 minutes, as there'll probably be a delay when the Police hold back traffic to allow the Trust helicopter to land next to the stadium.
