We get some shite at our level but that bloke yesterday takes the piss.

He gave us fuck all, even the one he give was arguably a red card, it was a clear goal scoring opportunity.

We should have had a penalty first half for a clear handball and that leads me the most embarrassing piece of refereeing I've ever seen the other handball late on. You could understand him saying that it was unintentional as he'd done a big air kick and completely missed the ball but to start patting your chest suggesting that's what it hit is laughable and disgracefully incompetent. It was nowhere his chest, it clearly to anyone with eyes that it hit the bottom half of his arm.

Where do they get these people from?

Have to agree with the potential red card for the penalty and that was compounded when he popped up and scored the winner but the way he was going I was surprised he bothered giving anything. I couldn't understand why he booked Gray after 4 minutes then didn't give anything till the penalty, it was as though he knew he'd made a mistake.

At one point Woods did a great tackle and got penalised, a few minutes later he did a similar challenge but was more of a foul and he let that go, similarly he ignored the Plymouth player kicking away at him as he ran free.

The worst of it is he is an experienced ref, his first pools game was in 2001, surely he can't always have been so crap!

The linesman on the CK side was a huge joke as well, don't think he knew he had a flag in his hand

Is it true that Darlo maybe getting points deducted for playing an 'illegible player'?

Only if we sign another English player from a Welsh Club playing in the English league and don't register him for international clearance.

Are clubs that far down the leagues allowed to have their own?

Well they are second biggest club in Bishop Auckland so I would have thought they'd have one?

As for the ref..... what I found most annoying was his habit of shrieking on his whistle on time delay. ?. Incident occurs, ref looks, stares and just when you thought it was history, he blows and pulls the game back. Infuriating.

I often think they should be put down; they have no hope in life anymore, just sit there drooling and watching whatever is in front of them. But then I remember that they're only Darlo fans and are no threat to anyone.

Sussex is the sort of bore no other football message board would allow, you would think at his age he would have better things to do with his time

Why not just delete Sussex? The thread started as a genuine talking point about the game, he adds nothing to this place about as funny as Ebola.
