Can't believe Salford had 33 shots on our goal, we seriously rode our luck tonight. I Don't think I've ever seen a non league team dominate a league team like that before.

What about the first round we were more outclassed against Cheltenham shouldnt have even scraped through that one tbh

O'conner the bald full back had about 15 of those shots at Doncaster

It reminded me of Ali's 'Rumble in the Jungle'.
Pools' second goal was scored against a non existent Salford team that had 'shot their bolt'.
Great strategy Ronnie! Pity league games are only 90 minutes long.

To be fair the 30-odd potshots weren't exactly what you'd call "at the goal".

One of those 'shots' for a start was that free kick James Poole took from the half way line. If that counted some of our overhit passes should have.
