I've never felt worse watching us win. I feel really bad for Salford. Once we put in such a poor 90 mins we couldn't really take a moral win. If anyone at the club lets that result paper over the wide open cracks of that performance then we are absolutely doomed.

They might be seen as evil in some people's eyes but you can't take that out on those players. Given some were out working today and will be up again early tomorrow to do the same thing they've put our professionals to shame. Just shows you what a bit of passion can do.

Tough to be happy about Mandron scoring too. He is absolutely fucking useless but he's probably going to bed with a smile on his face about tonight's performance.

Totally bobbins, didn't deserve to win at all. Only positive as said on another thread is Mandron and Fenwick scoring which might give them both a bit of confidence and give us an extra dimension up front. But that was a dire performance in normal time. Not sure about having more possesion, I lost count of how many times we gave the ball away and sparked yet another Salford attack. Completely schooled.

We were horrendous for at least 90 minutes. I'm gutted we have just given that performance on live TV, it was nothing short of a disgrace. Over the moon we won but gutted with the performance.

Don't need to be a doom and gloom merchant, that was horrific!

You sir are totally deluded. We were the home side against a side oozles and oozles below us in the football pyramid and yet, in normal time, I can't recollect us having one meaningful shot on goal. The opposition however had many attempts on our goal. Totally , totally shite performance from our point of view and time Moore and Collins gave way to a pair with at least a clue. Perhaps you with your perceptive knowledge of the game would like a go. Either way we will end up non league.

It's a bit much to say gutted when we won. Through to next round, half decent gate receipts to add onto tv and winners cash. If the chairman is really telling truth it's may just seriously help us in Jan with some signings.
