If I can get over after Maximo park deffo. Tempted to drive to see Maximo. Then leave me car at the town.

Sounds like a great night at jax. All about nostalgia these days, off too see the used do a full album gig next year too.,

Can imagine it'll be very busy pretty much eveyone who going to Maximo sounds like they going to Jax after. Free entry to Jax with your Maximo ticket as well.

Back in 2007 it was one of the best places around for young 20 year olds in a town dominated by chavs n fighting.

It had up n coming bands on that have went to effect the national Indie scene nationally which is rare for our town. M

I had some great nights out with some good friends, isn't that what's it all about?

It was proper ellish back in the day, chavs and dickheads avoided it as they didn't play Cascada. You could go in there alone and meet up with somebody you knew. Had some of the best nights out in that place.

Seen plenty of fights in there though and bouncers were well heavy handed to say the least.

Like anywhere it usually starts out good with the 'right type of crowd' but is slowly dragged down by most of others who go out in our town looking for fights

Never seen any scraps in their myself, had nowt but a good laugh for about 4 years every friday and saturday.

P.S. Joe Mac - The sherlocks have added a gig at the boro academy next feb to their tour, should be another goodun, put on a great gig them lads.
