How the hell we never won i'll never know.

Bingham ran them ragged.

Carson made some good saves.

Gloves needed next match.

Was impressed with Carson, shame about his shout for the goal though.

Lets be honest we are a poor side, we move the ball about to slowly, we don't get into the opposition face enough, we don't create intensity, our midfield is piss poor, if you sit with 2 holding midfielders you have to hit the opposition quick on the break, we don't.

Yeh not bad for 14/ 15 league games to get a goal like that, I wonder why we don't do it more often.

Don't know what some people expected. Proving what we are, not down there with the poorest sides in league but not good enough to really trouble the top sides.

Thought last night was a decent game and draw probably a fair result, they had some very good chances as well as us. They missed an absolute sitter in first half at 1-0 but our goal was very well worked.

Thought akinde tortured us in every sense and we didn't get tight enough from the outset against him. As pointed out, our midfield isn't fantastic and we still require someone who can dictate games from there, and put a crunching a tackle in wouldn't go a miss.

Oates is fast becoming a decent winger from what I have seen this season; he has a burst of pace and puts some brilliant crosses in. But I have no idea what we do for set pieces in training, cos we are absolutely terrible at them, and have been for a number of seasons

Our corners are either straight at the first man or go over everybody for a goal kick/throw in.

3 of that midfield 4 wouldn't be starting in an ideal world. Banton, Magnay, Woods and Oates would be my first choice. Could still do with a decent centre midfielder like.

Not sure what the Banton decision is based on. Would agree with the other 3. But Magnay and woods got over ran against Luton just as bad as any other game, with 3 in there we just about manage.

Purely based on the fact that none of the other wingers are in favour and he put in a decent cross and corner last night.

I really don't like 3 in midfield either.

Wonder if any other team has ever played a midfield 2 that never put a tackle in all game before?

I dont rate Woods as highly as some but at least he will put a foot in, pass the ball forward and doesnt bottle out of challenges all night.

Featherstone is getting as bad as Sweeney for just letting games pass him by

We have the worst midfield in the country bar none. Were making teams like Barnet look like a top quality team. How many more times do we need to be torn apart this season before something is done about it.

Featherstone & Walker went missing and offered absolutely nothing last night, Walker done one little run in the 2nd half but apart from that he avoids the ball, looks like he marks himself out of the game and when he does get the ball he gets rid of it asap. Featherstone continues to does his usual routine of control ball, turn round and pass backwards.

Pretty much agree with all of that. Thought they were decent up front - but our new 'improved' defence did OK - the Barnet defence looked pretty poor, shame we (yet again) failed to take chances.

Why doesn't Woods start ahead of the two 'lightweights'?
