Can you not tell the other affected person to tell Jizz to stop being a Bellend? Then if Jizz continues, the ban can be reinstated and will remain.

Post his email address and any ip addresses he posts from.

I banned both his name and e-mail. If he comes back he'll be easy to recognise. It will take him way longer to register than it takes to ban him, so we'll see who gets tired first.
I would delete the account but I'm a bit worried it might delete the e-mail ban with it. When I get time I'll test the theory.

I don't know much about IPs, but is it possible that he's using a proxy, like paedos do to avoid detection?

If you often use a tablet on a café's Wi-Fi like I do an IP ban is ineffective. Nothing sinister about it.

IP ban as you say is a bit of a blunt instrument these days with people posting from all over using WiFi and several different platforms even at home
