I dont get this article. You can click the "onboard footage link" for the video evidence which shows the driver appearing to be speeding, go into the back of someone who has slammed the breaks on in an attempt to make a claim.

Article makes it sound like he couldnt avoid the crash but surely he should just be leaving a safe distance and theres no issue whether they do an emergency stop or not?

Where does the article make it sound he couldn't avoid the cash?

She lied throughout the whole claim, it's got little to do with how much room the driver left between the Audi

I was always taught if you go into the back of someone its always your fault. I fail to see how this is any different whatever the reasoning behind her slamming her breaks on.

Its got everything to do with the gap imo.

It's got nothing to do with who was at fault.

It's to do with the rest of the claim and the fact it has then turned out she premeditated it
