Here it is 15 quid couple of logos , bit of embroidery and £30 profit at least

Surely at Pools level you are missing the point of buying a replica kit. Because League Two clubs aren't going to shift tens of thousands or even like in some cases millions of shirts the profit margin probably isn't that high. That's why you'll see Premiership shirts hanging up in sports shops for a bit cheaper.

Personally if you don't like it or the price I'd just not buy it all at rather than spend the season looking like a cheap skate who'd rather save a few quid than put it into the clubs coffers!

Agree

At Fens School last week I was dropping the youngest 2 off and saw 3 dads in the play gound, all in 30's or 40's, wearing Man Utd tops.

One of them even had the name Rooney printed on the back!

Makes my stomach churn when I see grown men wearing Premier league footy tops like that, especially with the name of their favourite fucking player on the back.

What a cleft.

I'm never sure what these people are trying to tell the world about themselves.

Anyhoo I don't like the new top but the youngun does so he'll have one even though it'll cost me nearly £40 for a 6 yr old lad's top. He wants Harrison on the back cos he loves big Scot but i'm trying to convince our Sam it's better to have his own name on the back

They're saying, "For fuck's sake don't start counting on me to be arsed about being original. Who do you think I am? Andy Warhol?
"And anyway the pubs don't show Pools*."

For once I Concur with Mr Ripper. I've tried to not hate it but I just can't.

Our lass saw a photo of it the other day and she honestly thought it was a wind up.

Its a shame but ultimately if we have a good season then that's all that matters.

I would be a bigger fan of the new strip if we had blue with a white sash for our home shirts and white with a blue sash for our away shirts. We could then use the yellow one as a third shirt (for Bristol Rovers etc).

I don't like Nike, why not Umbro, Bukta or Admiral.....or are they all now no more, due to the aggressive economics of Nike?

Pictures in The Mail show a red strip with Dean Construction as the sensors, new away strip or a one off ?

I think the red one was one of the one off strips they made to sell on for charity. I thought the point of them though was they all got sold off on ebay. Maybe they ordered some more, or had to ask for them back :)

What happened to the green one from the last game of last season? I thought that was going to be the new away strip.

That was the away strip from 2 seasons ago, same year they did the same strip in white/blue as a limited edition after it was used as the poppy shirt.

The red one was our away kit for the 13/14 season.

The yukky green one will replace the terrible pink one this season.
