The latest rumour one signing tommorow which hopefully will be tshibola a keeper possibly on a years loan from reading two wingers as Ronnie has mentioned one possibly monkhouse and a centre forward that we had last year.

At least it won't be Morgan! Hugill would be ideal.

Unless Ronnie has forgiven him and he has the shortest spell ever at a football club..

Think Fernando Torres got that last season when he signed for AC Milan then Atletico Madrid on loan in the same day.

No records for Morgan this year then. Who knows we may also get a new rink end in a few years too.

Don't want to be a dick, I genuinely wasn't sure what this sentence meant because of the lack of punctuation.

We do have a very good youth setup, and we've been burned by a few clubs wasting our talented players in the past. I think Ronnie Moore's earned a lot of credit with the people who matter at the club for the way he's treated Aaron Tshibola - he was also the only manager who used Abdulai Bell-Baggie properly, he should have been a PL player but wasted loans mean he's playing in the Conference. Can definitely see a few Reading players have a positive impact at Hartlepool this season as long as Ronnie is with you.

I think it's unlikely you'll get Tshibola on loan. At the moment, he's involved in our first team plans (albeit not as first choice) because we have lost three central midfielders already this summer. If we sign someone then there's the possibility he'll go out, but probably to League One. Having said that, his Tweet is ominous...

Our young wingers? We only really have two, and it looks like they'll both start the season on the bench or even in the first team. You could get someone else who can play on the wing, but I don't think they'd really be what you're after...

A goalkeeper? Very possible. Unfortunately, we lost five senior goalkeepers this summer (not joking, although one of them was never gonna be a Football League player) so we might not want to risk our remaining goalkeepers going out on loan until we sign some more. If I were you, I'd be looking at Dan Lincoln and Jon Henly on free transfers - both more than good enough to player in League Two imo. If/when we sign a new first choice goalkeeper, you might be able to get Stuart Moore or Lewis Ward on loan - or George Legg, but he isn't very good.

Reading players you might want to look at on loan:
- Nana Owusu - winger or full back. Scores some good goals and I enjoy watching him play, but he'd probably be physically bullied in league football.
- Liam Kelly - he's very small (160cm-ish) but tenacious and very talented, particularly at set pieces. Central midfielder, stylistically comparable to Tish. Look him up on YouTube - try "Liam Kelly free kick". Noor Husin could be another option.
- Harry Cardwell - big, strong striker, scored some great goals, sometimes doesn't keep cool in the area. Have a look at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2L-JY_oLXfY
- Rob Dickie. Centre back, excellent spell at Basingstoke Town led to him being branded "the Basingstoke Beckenbauer". Extremely good on the ball and a set piece threat.
- Jake Sheppard. Possibly the most talented player at the club. Held back by a dreadful injury record (basically missed 18 months of his two year scholarship). Can play anywhere on the pitch except centre back. Unlikely to be involved in the first team due to age and experience

Probably told you more about Reading U21s than you really want to know but who doesn't need some fuel on the transfer speculation fire at this point in the year?

I dont think he meant we would be getting all those positions filled by Reading loans, As stated on a different thread someone believed Tshibola if loaned out would go to league 1 or above

Yes sorry my reading friend I was being very lazy lol. As mentioned in our newspaper and a few people in the know tshibola might be the player we get from yourselves tommorow. The goalie was the other position I meant we were looking at and its no secret that were trying to sort a back up keeper and strong rumours its from your club , this might of changed now I'm not sure but I heard it was for a years loan. Always thought of reading as a good club to get players of can hardly ever remember a poor reading side, so any players we do get from yourselves im sure will help us in what looks like being a very exciting season.
Best of luck in beating boro twice this year btw

I'd be both surprised and disappointed if this happened.

Cheers for this Reading fan, I hope we get one or two of those lads you mentioned.
