Never liked it, however heard a song from the Shires on radio 2 this morning, a British band and they were jolly good, has this been happening for a while and the line dancing type of Dolly Parton music being faded out or is it still popular?

Big country fan ever since I got "The Tape With No Name" free woth the NME in the mid 80s. All time favourites are probably Gram Parsons and Steve Earle.
