Since being a Poolie I've witnessed the following Pools strikers actually hit the net:

John Borthwick
Denis Behan
Bjornsson
Steve Howard
Colin Larkin

I've thought of getting a big montage poster made up of them all, can anyone think of any others to add?

Foley! Saw his brace at Scunny in the Sherpa Van cup, so I'll count him. Saw a Harewood goal at Wimbledon, so he's on the list.

Saw Lange score at MK Dons, but I think that's the only game he played so I won't include him.

unprolific? Christ that's about 95% of all strikers we've ever had.

Can't believe I forgot all them. Although I thought Robinson had a decent strike rate until he went off the boil.

Rune Lange would have been a cracking striker. Remember him scoring at MK Dons. Only a bad injury stopped him.

Robinson got 9 in 39 I believe, which by Pools standards isn't too shabby.

Scored a hat trick against Grimsby, maybe a harsh addition but my memory was telling me he didn't score many others aside them 3. Even the 6 in the other 38 games isnt terrible for a pools striker.
Apologies Mr Robinson!

Ps. Just Wikipediad it, league games it was 7 in 31.

Scored 50 a season in Wearside League, couldnt hit a cows ars*e with us, got into good positions but just couldnt finish, Jermaine Easter was similar. Went back to Wearside league and continued to score for fun. Had a short fuse anarl, as a couple of pools fans who met him one night in the Greensides will testify

Sadly I was never at a game when Nish scored. Saw him win a penalty, but that's it.
