on the Official site under team honours it doesn't mention the all conquering Pools Youth team of 1980-81, who won the Northern Intermediate League title in style?, it mentions the Dallas Cup, FL Youth Alliance 2002/03, but not that.
Thing is I remember it was a hell of an achievement for a Fourth Division club at the time, as you played the North East big 3, Leeds, both Sheffield clubs, amongst others, and they were dishing out some real hammerings at the time to the teams mentioned (5,6,7 goals). sctatchinghead

Was that the paul dobson popeye howard front line?

They used to play at bkackhall and a few times had huge crowds.
