I don't live in the area, I've tried eight times on the phone and emailed.

Anyone got any or any leads on spare tickets for the York game? - Terraced preferably.

I live in York so can easily hand over the cash on the day

Just go in the home end, selling out this far in advance I doubt you'll be the only one in there

I had this problem for Mansfield on Boxing Day which was the most ludicrous all ticket game ever. I don't think the ticket office believes anyone outside of Hartlepool would actually want a ticket. Very frustrating!

It would be great if Pools had more staff to help take phone payments for situations like this, but they all seem to have left and not been replaced.

The charge of a quid for paying by debit card is a shocker too. Will cost the club no more than 10p per transaction, unless they've signed up to a really bad processing deal.

I went today and the woman in the ticket office was as miserable as I remember them being when I was a regular

Home end for me sadly.

Also did it at Feethams when we drew one each on Easter Monday. That was an awful experience

Taken from the York City Fc site - York City would like to remind supporters who wish to sit in either the York Pullman Main Stand Section B or the Family Stand that tickets must be purchased in advance from the Ticket Office prior to the game.

Supporters wishing to sit in Main Stand Sections A or C are asked to pay on the turnstiles as there are no pre-sales for these sections.

They need to scrap that database bollocks it's been a joke for years. How come every other league and even champions league fixtures I bought I just walked up and paid money that's it. Pools treat buying a ticket like the enigma code

Checking the database for away tickets is a waste of time when you can buy as many tickets as you want.
I got 3 but wasent asked if the other 2 tickets were for fans on the database.

And these clubs who have two different prices for before the day of the game and the actual day of the game. What a load o shite a fan gets penalised for deciding he wants to go to the match on the same day!

If it's in the Pools end yeah, I'd really appreciate it. I've got no problems getting one in the York end. Thanks.

Thanks Mr Blue and White but give pde147 a shout and see if he still wants it.
