They would possibly send us another section of the seating area provided they could segregate it otherwise they might get a shock on how many go in their end.

Don't think they would want to us to have more support, vocal than them not unless they were just in it for the money !

I can see their point of view but I reckon hundreds will go without tickets or even go in their end another 300 or so that they wont sell wont make too much difference to them.

Football and common sense don't often go hand in hand! I agree we could do with more but if you were a season ticket holder and got told you couldn't have your seat because it was going to away fans I doubt you'd be too happy. Can't see the police being overly keen either

Apart from against Carlisle which was 4,274 York haven't had a single attendance over 4000 and the majority have been quite a significant under. So this will be there biggest gate of the season but still quite a far way under capacity. It's a shame for the people who haven't been able to get tickets but I can't see it changing.

With an away following of 2000 you would think the police would be looking at making the game all ticket for York fans as well.

I am wrong just all ticket for us the ticket information on the York website is as it is for every other game;

http://www.yorkcityfootballclub.co.uk/t ... et-prices/

For us to sell out over two weeks in advance suggests demand is huge, with nothing to stop Poolies just paying in which I'd imagine loads will.

Taken from the York City Fc site - York City would like to remind supporters who wish to sit in either the York Pullman Main Stand Section B or the Family Stand that tickets must be purchased in advance from the Ticket Office prior to the game.

Supporters wishing to sit in Main Stand Sections A or C are asked to pay on the turnstiles as there are no pre-sales for these sections.

And what happens if we sell that section out?

Do they then sell another section to stop others going in the home end?

With it being a short journey there will be loads of poolies going in the York end.
Are they going to celebrate when we score of course they are.
The headlines will be drunken Hartlepool hooligans shame the club.
This could easily be avoidable by making it all ticket for both sets of fans as it stands now a crazy decision by York just asking for trouble.

Popped in today and bought three seat tickets for the main stand home end. No questions asked

York won't be daft and they'll expect Pools fans to get in there end but providing people are sensible and it doesn't kick off they'll probably just be happy to get the money

Why on Earth would York give an advantage to a team two points behind in a relegation battle?

York will happily take the cash so providing the Poolies that venture in their end behave then nobody will say anything.

It looks as if you're able to buy tickets online without any questions asked and even better if you know someone with a York area address as you could just use that
