Hi First time comment on here, what i seem to notice a lot of is that most of the neagtive comments seem to talk about the defence, what i think is a massive issue is the absolute lack of a striker or any decent midfielder who can carry the ball into the box. If we had goals to defend the defence would be far more solid. we havent had a decent striker for years. Majority of our defenders are dogging it game after game. Bad choices of strikers, defence have been scapegoats all season and have taken all the flack :angry-screaming:

All parts of the pitch have come in for stick defence midfield frontline.
For me the wingplay has been diabolical all season and then the invisible man in goal enough said.

Lack of quality in all areas because current owners don't appear to have been interested in last 5-6 years; hence our miserable league position !

the reason why we were doing well when luke james was playing was that he wouldnt let defenders release the ball when they wanted to which resulted in less defending for our defenders to do.with harewood its the same as with howard, any balls up front come straight back to our defence, the more defending you have to do the more likely you will concede goals.

i agree, nobody winning headers up front and getting balls to feet...money hasnt been spent wisely, bringing in players with lack of experience.

not sure if this has been posted yet. ronnies challenge to one of his strikers to score 10 goals in the last 11 games. he must be having a laugh? he'll be lucky to get 10 goals from the entire squad in the last 11 games. with marlon n marvins goal scoring records it'll take them 250 games to score 10 goals

I was going to go to Morecambe tomorrow - and then I went to Billingham on Wednesday (Parbaby FFS) and thought 'maybe not'. Then I read this. Ronnie, I've had my doubts. No longer.

I'll be there next season - but everyone currently associated with our club can &&&& off.

Boydy and Porter bagged 54 goals in one season I think - exciting times for us fans both home and away cos they knew where the old onion bag was!
