Have to say that I never doubted that they'd win the play offs. How many times have we seen the form team scrape in with a late run and win through.

The two Bristol teams have never been more than one division apart in their whole history.
That record was hanging by a thread as the season drew to a close.
City put a gun against their head by getting promoted and the Gas responded magnificently.
So well done Rovers.

Next season the very same scenario could well apply to two other great rivals in lg 1 and lg 2...


...but without the same outcome. :laugh:

I think they're playing at the Memorial Ground until the turn of the year and have yet to decide whether it will be Cheltenham or Swindon thereafter. Ashton Gate has been ruled out.
