I got bored of Walking Dead. Started off quite good but got more and more far fetched.

Talking of spin offs though, Better Call Saul starts next month. Looking forward to that!

It started off in a world took over by zombies.

Thats pretty far fetched from the beginning for me.

I'll be giving Better Call Saul a go but what worries me is that they've taken the shittest and least believable character in Breaking Bad to make the spin-off. Maybe that's a good thing and it'll work but I think Saul will need to grow an extra dimension or two to carry a series on his own.

Can't disagree with that  I meant the characters and things they did at times were bizare but yes you don't watch Walking Dead for the seriousness of it's plot.

They took the shittest character from cheers and made an unreal spin off. (Frasier, obvs)

I quite liked Saul's character, non of the characters in Breaking Bad were particularly likable but I suppose that would be the case given the subject matter but at least he added some humour.

I think the series starts before Breaking Bad so some of the dead characters from the series will pop up.

Frasier was never all that shit. Imagine a spin-off about coach.

I thought the best thing about it was that they stayed so likable despite it all. Bit like Tony Soprano, such a good character that you never completely lost sympathy no matter how bad he got.

Doing it as Saul's backstory sounds good though.
