To be fair to Compton he did tweet before the 'lovely weekend' tweet that he was gutted with the result. Dunno what he said to the other lad, looks like he's deleted his replies

I think he's just following on with the wave of positivity we've seen on the Bunker this afternoon.

Some of them would play better with their laces untied ffs.

He's a fukn tit. Tweeting "had a lovely weekend". Surely any brain cell would tell him that's gona piss people off after we lost 3-0. He then retorted to abuse. The most unprofessional footballer on the planet.

We all know he misses his daughter and the South in general but he chose to come here. Nobody forced him. He needs to stop embarrassing himself on Twitter and start putting some effort in because hell be on the dole shortly if he dosnt. If he's had a good weekend that's great but does he really need to tell all the pools fans about it after we lost heavily. He really needs to grow up

I've got photos of the full conversation as I figured he would delete them after I reported him to the club. Calling fans morons idiots and bellends on Twitter is a new low for the club. Hopefully he will be disciplined. Tweeting how good his weekend was after a 3-0 defeat is obviously going to upset folk. Then to start calling fans bellends and morons just shows there's a lot of growing up to do.

Professional footballer but the professional part is completely lost on him. Really hope he goes in the summer. Attitude stinks.

It's getting a ridiculous now. I haven't got Twitter, but if he wants to write that... So fuck! Let him do it, if he's already acknowledged the result as was said above, he's entitled to change the topic. What was said to the other twitterererer-er? I guess it goes back and forth?

The club don,t have to wait till the summer to get shot of him, If
He,s passed remarks as you say, that,s enough to chase him with
Little recompence.

Like is often said on here, if you don't like reading something...don't!
Clearly the lad doesn't understand keeping personal things personal or worry about sounding like a woman.

Only Compton retorted to abuse. Harshest thing said to him was " no wonder the fans have turned on you". To be fair there isn't many players the fans actually like.

Alot of pools players use Twitter but Compton is the only one who moans about being away from home and only one who gets into arguments with fans. It's becoming a regular occurrence now.

As inconsistent as he is, is binning players off mid season when we can't get anyone else to sign a good idea? Why is petty name calling on twitter any different to the abuse dished out on here? He might be a so called professional footballer but would anyone in work on here expect to be out of a job for calling someone a bellend on the internet?

The club should just stop him using Twitter. Then all these arguments he keeps having will stop

If I had my company name in my Twitter profile and called a customer of the company a bellend I would be sacked immediately.

Sidney Schmletz, remember him better attitude, better workrate, better player
Now who binned him.
If you called a customer a bellend, You would expect to be sacked, yes.

Sidney Smeltz was absolutely bobbins.

The annoying thing about Compton is he does have talent in him it's just a shame he hasn't got all of the other stuff required to be a good footballer.

Schmeltz's attitude was better yes but he still wasn't good enough for league football. His contract was up and Ronnie must have believed that he could get players in. If Compton's contract ended on the same day I'm fairly certain he'd be spending more time with his daughter not whinging on twatbook.

I thought he looked handy first half against Blyth.

I can't wait until Compton gets released at the end of the season. Attitude isn't good enough and he's an absolute liability. Sidney Schmeltz was undoubtedly a better player than Compton.

What do people watch!!?

Compton has genuine ability he beats men with ease on either side. Technically he has everything you'd want from a winger. He's just got the maturity and attitude of a 14 year old.

Smeltz was a Northern League player.

If he was to go I wouldn't want to be the person who put someone on the dole. A should like cos he deserves it the way he reacted. He's just not wired up properly. He knows alot of fans follow him on there. Why would any fan want to hear a player bragging how good his weekend was after a loss that put us 9 points from safety. Any brain cell would tell him to just keep it to himself

It's hardly going to lead to his sacking is it?

You'd be doing him a favour it's about time someone had a word with him about his ridiculous Twitter twattery.

You need to take into account that he's a daft kid and also a footballer. Typically the two combined have the same IQ as a blood orange.

Blood oranges are just misunderstood. They get a bad press but its not justified.

In any other business if you called a customer a moron and bellend you would be sacked on the spot. Why is he allowed to disgrace the club in this way. He should be fined at least. If he hates it up here that much do a Luke and go on strike see if Peterborough come in for him......as if.

I hope the childish prick gets disciplined. He probably gets to see his family a few times a month, people out there go months without seeing family.
