Released by Northampton, big strong centre half, 6'1", ex-Northampton Captain, sounds like he didn't get on with the Northampton Manager. Sounds like Ronnie's type of player..

quality player by all accounts and can even fill in at striker, definitely a leader on the pitch should be a player we at least consider.

Its looking more likely this pot of gold is getting saved for the summer.
I reckon we can still attract some decent players on 12 month contracts if theres a decent bonus in it to get us back in the league.Work related pay do the job to get us promoted and qualify for the bonus.

In the meantime i wouldnt play any of the players who are going to get scattered in may.I would rather see the kids giving a chance for the rest of the season if they good enough they are old enough.

Langmead is the sort of player I'd dread us signing but in a relegation battle could be an important part of improving the defence.
