Featherstone strength is that he tries to play a bit of football and is brave enough to keep hold of the ball until he can pick out a pass.

Those words where used on here a while back, and I don't disagree (with the sentiment at least). He'd definitely do us a job at the level we're at, particularly the scenario we find ourselves in. If you can't see that you've either never played a game of football, or are judging him based on what he does for you on football manager.

Nah on watching him for two seasons and watching him have half a dozen good games probably a dozen terrible ones and loads of bang average ones. Not the worst player ever but hardly one who is going to make a difference in our predicament. I wouldn't carry him anywhere on my back personally.
