I thought exactly the same thing in the second half. What a point to make that would be. A few of those players would not have been missed had they been hauled off. Just take a few off and play with 9 men. We would have been no less likely to get any points.

And you thought the same aswell!!!!

But what a fucking message it would send to them!!!!

It would have been hilarious.

Sadly the result would have been collins squelingto green about ronnie upsetting the poor lambs and before you know it ronnie gets sacked.

Will someone apologise to PJ, so he doesn't keep referencing the phrase 'big-boys' in every post in 2015.

In the same day as Jonothan Franks has accused people of not taking responsibilty and hiding Tripledecker is warning against someone being repetitive. Chip will be accusing someone of being a bit full of themselves in a bit and Fetish Bobs going to have a go at Yubeb for his long winded posts.

I'd rather he said it how it is, the players didn't seem to respond too well to Cooper saying what a nice bunch of lads they were either, the fact Moore is saying that would suggest he has a bunch of new players lined up.
Losers like Austin and Flinders have been ever presents virtually for years as the club has gone down the shitter, hardly speaks volumes for their will to win.
Interesting also Collins was referred to as being Mr Hartlepool in the papers, wasn't he one of those setting his lip out under Neale Cooper and making bold statements about sacrifice etc the year we got relegated when the rot that set in really came out

Like I said, keep it in the dressing room. Doesn't do anyone any good roosting people in public. If your gaffer at work blasted you in front of everyone would you take it on the chin and knuckle down or think he was being a prick and and totally not be bothered any more what he said? I know which one I'd be.

It's nothing like the 'your gaffer at work scenario'....they're in the entertainment business and one feature of that is the critic.. in the media... and in the 'audience', so public criticism goes with the territory.
If you were not doing your job your gaffer eould just get rid regardless... that's the difference.

Nah that's not public criticism, it's criticism in public. There's a difference. It doesn't work in any walk of life. You can tell you have never run a football team.

Have you actually listened to the full interview?

He doesn't 'roost' anyone in public. He talks about the team collectively about them not being hard enough and not being prepared to have a go at each other. It's something that the crowd have noticed, I think I posted on here a few weeks ago that when we concede nobody even has a go at each other they just bow heads and head back to the half way line. The only time he even mentions any individuals in when giving an example of the front two not getting not angry when Franks can't beat the first man with his cross, he says even though they are both young lads he wants them not to be afraid to ask for better from team mates. He says he'd even love them to have a go back at him in the dressing room but they just sit heads bowed. He also says that he'd never normally talk about inside the dressing room in public but he's never known a group like this. He's doing it for a reason, he's trying to bring out some characters and leaders to see if we actually have any hidden away. It's not what Neale Cooper was doing a couple of years ago when he basically calling Simon Walton shite after games. How would anyone talk about this team without being critical? It's not even possible and they'd get slaughtered for it!

To be fair it was a bit of a transparent wind-up.
Would anyone be prepared to cross the i's and dot the t's and give us a prioritized list of who needs to scarper?

No need.Just vote with your feet/mouse when the egotism as evinced directly above made the bile rise into your throat more than twice a week.

We used to be accused of having a 'clique' on here. We didn't, we just knew each other, but now we do and it's been perfectly described by what seems to be self appointed leader.

Happy to kick you off with a beginners guide to who not to argue with on The Bunker, feel free to add to the list :

Chip Fireball : Has played to a decent level, mixes with the players and their wives, too knowledgeable about the game for most on here.

Mr I : Has fought in wars, still has access to live ammunition/hand grenades/general weaponry etc, also owns the board and can just delete you.

Fetish Bob : Will counter any argument with posts longer than the Gettysburg address which you probably wont have time to read before you fall asleep/die. Also gets free tickets off of Russ/is club man.

Mad John : Will counter any argument with stupefying levels of common sense and/or stats

Parmo : Believes everything is a conspiracy by un-named group of individuals who ultimately control everything in the world. Your argument is small beer to the shit they are pulling so he wont care.

Superb, though you missed ADG, who will reference back any issue to the failed youth system/jobs for the boys mentality and Dyke House
