sorry but you know when you feel like you need to get something off your chest and snapping at the wife isn't the answer...

I cant be chewed making this structured but I just want to rant so apologies if it isn't up my usual high standard of postings!

That is the worst pools side EVER. I honestly refuse to believe that there has been a more talentless gutless clueless bunch of players ever to wear the shirt. There are better players on the rec and that's not just anger making me say that. Some of them players are a disgrace. Do they really do any training?

Flinders yet again failed to do anything of note. he is like a friggin ghost. may aswell not be there. Unless a shot goes towards his head he gets nowhere fucking near it. I cannot remember the last time I saw him make a diving save in the home games. Every shot which isn't right at him goes past him. why the fuck is he captain??? he hardly sets an example

Jones - im actually going to defend him a bit here. I think he is a very poor left back but isn't TOO BAD as a centre half. at least he fucking tried.

Holden- that was just embarrassing. the moment where he dribbled the ball out of play completely unchallenged was just comical. Not a professional footballer in a million years. the standard of his passing was also just as bad.

Austin - has deteriorated alarmingly over the past 2 seasons. the times has come for him to retire. he has nothing to offer. An utter liability these days. I reckon he has been at fault for as many goals conceded this season as bates has. Another appalling bit of dallying today resulting in a goal.

walker can fuck right off - I've seen a tanker turn quicker, you are a fucking joke mate, seriously, go and find something you are good at which isn't to be sniffed at.

franks yet again showed he has no final ball in him. A headless chicken who threatens to make something happen but then fails time after time. the same can be said of most of our play, LEARN HOW TO CROSS A BALL BEYOND THE FIRST DEFENDER. IT REALLY ISNT THAT FUCKING HARD. the amount of times we fail to get it past the left or right backs is comical. Unfortunately the same cant be said for when the opposition attack us - the crosses get into the danger areas typically because our left and right backs are shite. I exclude duckworth from this as he will normally be up the other end of the pitch trying to make something happen.

Featherstone - I will admit to thinking he looked ok at first but the more I see the less I like. another invisible player who may aswell be a ghost. stick your foot in man we are going to be relegated out of the league!!!!!

ironside imo looks ok - he just needs a better play alongside him.

I just cant believe how bad we have become. we are a laughing stock - we cant even compete at league 2 level. Morecambe were head and shoulders better than us. even in the so called bad old days we could always muster some optimism as we had a nucleus of a competitive side and often just needed one of two good mid season signings to keep us up. That's not the case with the current mob - we only have one or two players who I would choose to sign if all contracts were ripped up. 90% of them would not get in another league 2 side.

I do think moore is a good appointment but he isn't capable of miracles and there is no way we can suddenly achieve sustained promotion form to stay up without 8 or 9 new players. This isn't going to be a quick fix, the whole side needs an overhaul.

schmeltz who I don't think is a good player came on today and looked head and shoulders better than the rest of our players. That speaks volumes imo. he did more in ten minutes than most of our players did in the rest of the game.

credit to those in the mill house who were doing the "your not fit to wear the shirt" chant. pity the whole ground didn't join in. I cant believe I stayed until the end today, I think I was so distraught at witnessing what was possibly the worst pools performance in ten years that I lost all motivation to do anything at all.

and over 4000 fans witnessed that shit today. well done again pools, save your shite performances for when we get a few more through the gate. Ive lost track of how many times they do this over recent seasons.

on the plus side the Bovril was nice.

On the subject of Bates - he isn't actually a bad footballer with the ball at his feet. he is just a liability as a centre half.

I reckon we should be playing him infront of the back 4 instead of Featherstone.

I agree mr beard. Unfortunately the numpty with the shaved head sat in the mill house seats who thought he was rocky the way he bounded down the steps disagreed with us chanting at the players.

He was fuming because we should support the team. Whilst I admire his determination to support the team I for one refuse to sit back and let them spineless bastards off the hook

Seriously sctatchinghead sctatchinghead sctatchinghead

What the feck do these people want?? When will it sink in that we are in the shit and shouldn't be sat with our palms open waiting for another dollop of shite to be dumped on us.

When we are mathematically relegated will the light bulb moment just pop in their heads ??

banghead

Its sums up our situation when Flinders is timewasting when we are getting beat. Don't think I've ever seen a bloke display such an alarming lack of urgency to get the ball back in play. It took him nearly 30 seconds to take a goal kick at one point today when we were getting beat. All he has to do is stick the ball down and kick it FFS.

Flinders distribution is infuriating....he gathers the ball and waits a lifetime then hoofs it up field....utterly incapable of getting the ball into play quickly to a player when the opportunity arises...I would like to see competition for the position.

Anyone who has played the game will know a keeper throws out wide normally to an attacking full back or deep winger whom the keeper can trust with a good first touch do you think Flinders believes the players will not let him down from his point of view a punt down field does not make him culpable in any throw out resulting in a goal......

If Flinders throws it to Holden who miscontrols it then even I wouldn't blame Flinders.

The problem is like last game when were 4 v 2 if he kicks it quick but he pretends like he is going to kick it quick like he always does and then stops. Let's them get their players back in position and then kicks it.

I may be wrong but I think both their goals came from breakaways.

Not only do we not have the pace to score such goals, we have a keeper determined to let us even try to score a breakaway.

Their first goal we had a 5 minute spell of half decent pressure and a corner to take, 30 seconds later we were 1-0 down! For some reason at that corner we only had one defender back on the halfway line stood with their one striker, we had another defender 10 yards away but it paid the price in the end for poor organisation. 3 on 1 would have prevented that and even when the ball was inevitably cleared we would have retained it on the halfway line. Supposed to be pro players but god knows what and who is doing what in training and pre match?

Sadly, he's always done it from day one.

Eddie Kyle was ranting at them yesterday and asked the question....How many of these players will be picked up by a league club after they have took us down....he declined to answer his own question....but instead asked another....are they even good enough for the conference....but again he never answered!!!! confised

No Fight No Passion No Fucking Heart to wear the Pools Shirt....makes me feel fucking sick....Kunts!!!! rakxe rakxe

Most of those ratings are generous.
