I am over the moon to see the back of Hodcroft.
A warm welcome to our new owners.

I am hopeful for what the future will bring but will remain cautious until our future is a bit more transparent and it is a bit clearer on investment, policy, ambition etc.

The new owners have a clean sheet as far as I'm concerned and carry no obvious baggage so good luck to them.

More importantly good luck to my club.

A line has now been drawn under the IOR/Hodcroft era and what is needed now is total harmony amongst owners, management, players and us the fans. We move on, and hopefully up, together as one unit.

Will you be at the Vic on Saturday?

Cautious optimism, I don't think the new owners should have our blind faith, but we have gone from having no hope to some hope which has to be good news

I will be there, I don't expect a win but just to show my support for the new owners.
I hope most of the other missing 2,500 go too.

Unfortunately I can't make that one. I have made a previous commitment to helping a local charity with their fundraising and wouldn't dream of letting them down. I will be following the team's progress however.
I hope you'll give that bit extra support for me though, which I'm sure you will.

Hopefully all the missing fans who have previously stated their reasons for not attending as IOR's ownership of the club and their policies, will start their love affair with Pools again. It will be good to see supporters like Mr Derwent and ADG back at the Vic.
