Do we get to finally remove "An IOR Company" from the bottom of the badge and re-instate "The Towns Club" or do we get "Dennis Hobson's Consortium" instead?

No chance, i'm a big fan of the current one or the one Hornsey gave us with the 'towns club' at the bottom. The other one was too much NUFC for my liking.

Designed by one of the towns children and picked by Harold Hornsey.. "The Towns Club" logo is a good reason as any to keep it..

Dear oh dear. In case you haven't noticed, there are plenty of Poolies (like me) who don't owe their allegiance to the club to an accident of birth, loads of people who live in Hartlepool don't give a toss about the football team and HUFC are about to be rescued (please God) by a "Sheffield-based consortium."

The badge says 1908 now I think? Also much of our support is from East Durham. Those lads and lasses are vital to HUFC. 1908 under the badge is the best slogan.

It has to have a dog one its back to be authentic, though a monkey would do at a pinch. But how about something radically different like a docker standing on a girder hung from a crane?
