... the irony of what I saw today. I spent six hours being driven around Tyneside... Wallsend, North Shields, Tynemouth, up to Whitley Bay, Gosforth and all around the centre of Newcastle, including 4 trips around the outside of St James's Park and saw only ...two, that's two people wearing Newcastle shirts. I got off the train at 4.30 and in walking to the car near the college, passed 5 people in the new Newcastle shirt.....

I saw 5 lads pissed as feck walking down Tower Street wearing Liverpool shirts singing 'You'll never walk alone' at abot 6.15pm!!!!

I was wanting to tvvat the tvvats but realised one was my Mams friends son and to be fair to him he's supported Liverpool since he was about 4!!!!

BTW....he's 7 now!!!!

do you know what would be a brilliant idea for Sky sports? Show Liverpool v Newcastle every year in the expectation that it will finish 4-3 with a last minute winner. That way all these lads can say that they were there.
