What a drab and awful game to watch.

You can guarantee cooper is going to blab on about how it's 3 clean sheets in a row but it's only because we are so negative and opposition miss some good chances.

Just checked the stats on skysports to back up what I though, 2nd consecutive home game without a shot on target. Brilliant

I do agree we look a bit toothless up front, and our general final ball is pretty poor (I thought Brobbel today wasted many a good opportunity to get a decent ball across in particular). You have to credit Pompy's defence a bit today though. I thought they threw themselves at absolutely everything. Walker's shot in the first half was going straight into the bottom corner only for one of their lads to make a brilliant tackle to send it wide. It happened on more than one occasion.

But again having said all that we do look woefully short of goals in the side.

Sure they just make it up.

Some weeks they say crowd and it looks way below, then like you said surely no way was there that many today.

Can guarantee cooper will speak about the clean sheet only.

3 clean sheets in a row??

For a 0-0 didn't think it was too bad, Portsmouth started very well but faded badly.

Nice having Duckworth back but yet again don't remember their keeper making a noteable save. Franks has been disappointing since he got his stint upfront.

Seriously you are stating pools are announcing a BIGGER crowd than what's really inside the ground.

I have heard it all now!

Utter dross today again!

No protest fucking pathetic after a week of hype on here happy clappy brigade..... Like I said we can't stick together long enough to take a photo.

I did my own protest following a piss at the time stated with one other bloke in the Cyril Knowles side of the Town End the steward was laughing at us both!

The one thing that was truly evident today was just how shit League 2 is. Portsmouth were gash and they're one of the favourites to be promoted.

If Portsmouth were gash, I'd hate to know just how bad we are.

The better chances fell to them, they looked way better going forward. More organised. Thought walker was very poor and Miller has had to do his running for most games I've seen

Is it possible pools announce the number of season tickets as attendees? I know other clubs have done that.

You go on like they comprehensively beat us. They had a couple of chances from what I recall, their striker (who was a useless lump in mould of Harewood) hit one straight at Flinders and they blazed one over in the first half too. They hardly tore us apart. It was just two poor sides cancelling each other out today.

Boring, tedious, shite, the 10 minute break behind the stand was more interesting, we are like an ageing lothario, toothless and no chance of scoring violin

It was exactly the same as the Tranmere game - never looked like scoring.

Pompey should have scored a couple but it was a poor game. Brobbel had a good chance at the end but his incredibly badly skewed shot summed up the performance.

It was exactly what you'd expect from a team who shipped seven goals in their previous two games.

I must admit, we are a poor side unless everyone performs to their best.

Thought brobbel and duckworth were linking up well in the second half, I think theyll do well together in the coming weeks!

Agreeing with this. It was good having duckworth back. He is by far our best right back of the 12.
