Him and Maddison are fucking cretins. Not shut up about how many fans boro have and it's only up the road.

Apparently Luke James is pissed off at not seeing the ball and is resorting to dropping back to left back to get the ball. After 10 minutes. Knobheads.

It's says on Poolsworld that they have linked up with BBC Tees to get their stream.

The best thing was the pa announcer was annoying them with loud music.

There's now a power cut at the Vic :(

Pools being beaten by Whitby should help put Borers performance into perspective. At least we didn't lose at home to Accrington Stanley last season.

Do you honestly expect anything else from Radio Boro? They would do to Pools what they did to Darlo given half a chance. They really don't care about the regions smaller clubs despite claiming to do otherwise. The match coverage tonight should have been from a neutral viewpoint, not with their tongues up the smoggies arses as per usual.

Stopped covering them, even the likes of Spenny and West got better coverage over the course of the NL season. This from the station that won an award for their coverage of the administration and then just dropped the follow up to the story like it wasn't happening.
Now before you say anything, I didnt expect to get the same amount of coverage we got when in the conference but the way they just dropped the ongoing story like they did was wrong IMO.
You can guarantee every sports bulletin will start with a Boro story, no matter how trivial. You could go out and sign one of the best players you have ever had at Pools and yet the main story will be about how *insert boro players name* has a slight groin strain and may not play for the reserves next week.
To have boro biased coverage in a game like you have had tonight just sums up their attitude, don't Pools fans have a right to fair coverage of their team in the same game?

Final score 0-2 - Cooper will doubtless claim that as a moral victory.

Is that still the case or did it improve last year? I suppose the argument from them would be a lot of teams in the same League where in the Tees catchment area and they could have argued that those clubs should be getting similar coverage. They probably shouldn't as they don't have your support but that would be it, interesting one would be of one us ending up in the same League as Boro for a season or two.

Didn't improve much, same argument that they would have to give Whitby the same coverage. Like you say it would be interesting to see what would happen if they were in the same division as one of us. Last time that happened was when we were in the old 3rd division with them but I wasn't much of a radio listener back then!
If its true that Brownlee did his "goooaaaalllllll" in a friendly then the bloke needs a fucking good slap!

He did for the first, not for the 2nd. Hopefully it's because he got a slap.

Radio Borer will never change their stance as all of their amateurish sports presenters are Borer fans - its doubtless part of the job spec criteria. For instance why does it take four or five of them to cover a Borer game home or away? We cannot argue that they are the biggest club within the Teesside/North Yorks/South Durham area but the percentage of radio time devoted to the Borer is totally out of proportion with that allocated to Pools (and Darlo when they were a league club). I complained to the national BBC about this a couple of years back but failed to receive as much as an acknowledgment. Suffice to say that the embarrassing fat twat that is Brownlee is a national joke in the opposition media boxes. His hapless sidekick Maddison, 'expert' match summariser lol - is equally as ridiculous with his 100% biased Borer rantings. And to think we are funding these morons via our TV licence fees. I guess a mutual hatred of the Borer is one of the few things that Darlo and Poolies currently have in common.

Bore hour at 5 on tees is a joke we get a 2 minute summary at 6 that's it, whilst the smogs can whine for an hour, whilst brown lee tows the boro line utter tosh !

Trouble is that no other local station provides ANY coverage of Pools (not even Radio Hartlepool - wots the purpose of that anyway?) so if you want to hear anything outside of the official propaganda Radio Borer is the only option - and they know it.

Getting back to tonight's game there's no match report on the HUFC site as yet but according to the local media Flinders was dodgy at times yet again - although he did make a couple of fine saves to be fair. Another issue that Cooper needs to address sooner than later I fear.

We all know what would happen to the coverage if we were in the same league. Nowt would change.

I heard that commentary from Feethams..... it was a mockery. Darlo at home, but jaws was doing the commentary and to all intents and purposes the borers were the local team and Darlo were just anothet opponent..... it truly was appalling.
I also caught a bit of the commentary on Tuesday night...if you could call it a commentary. It was a rant...with one particular piece of shit philosophy that persuaded me to turn it off. The rambling sidekick said that as Pools had kept the borers out till half time they should be motivated by it .... and whenever Pools were ever up against it during the next season they should think back to this match and be inspired by their defiance of the boro....... oh do welcome to the board you deluded yapping dog.
Did they ejaculate in unison as the goals went in.......?
