Talking about the loids......I know someone that was offered a non playing role at the club just 6 weeks ago. He went for a visit, and what he thought was an interview.

He turned the job down.

His words to me were:

"I have had loads of offers since I left my last job, and most at places you would think would be much smaller roles than at Darlo, but I was staggered at how cheap it all seemed and unprofessional. Just couldnt take the job, and cant see it lasting."

Make of that what you will.

Spennymoor are loaded in comparison.
