I couldn't sit on a panel promoting that, I'd be out n I'd be very vocal about why

Funny, I'm sure I read something on the BBC this morning where Danny Mills said there were no plans for B teams entering the leagues. Seems to have gone now. If this is the case it could be a case of the panel were asked their views, then Dyke wrote what he wanted!

He is the best player in the world and not a bit self promoting or political. Also the rumour that he carries a selection of knives in a satchel specially made for stabbing the the back is completely untrue.

Nevertheless, I rate him just below Jimmy saville and Gary Glitter.

Richie is apparently quite happy with Ken's astute decision to show him the door. Winning a championship medal was something he would never have achieved staying at Victoria Park.

Jesus wept, I'm sure there'll be people who would see no wrong in Humphreys even if he was behind the death of their own football club, because of this hare brained scheme they are proposing

He appears to be slipping seamlessly from one role to another........ a bit like the Vicar of Bray.

I've asked him for his opinion on Twitter, let's see if he has any thoughts of his own or if he stays silent to preserve his role.

I've not known him to be the self preservation type before mind...

They are totally crap proposals and no fan of any lower league club could think otherwise. Anything else you want to know - I thought this thread was about Humphreys!

Humphreys was on the panel that came up with this shit.

If Humphreys is all for the proposal then he is a bigger twat than I already thought. If he is against it as strongly as he should be then he surely he would resign as he would not want his name associated with a plan to rid of lower league football?

I know - but seems like it's ALL Humphreys fault now. We don't know if the decision was unanimous or if there were reservations. As for the plan I totally agree that it is unworkable and totally misguided.

In any event my initial comment "We know yawn2 yawn2 " was intended to show that I am well aware of Mr I's views on Humphreys but am getting rather bored of hearing them.

The likes of Danny Mills and Rio Ferdinand were invited into Gweg Dyke's commission in a personal capacity - fuck knows why - so they are free to spout off as much as they like. In his capacity as a professional gobshite Mills is doing this for all he's worth.

Humphreys is on as Chairman of the PFA - a membership organisation. How could he resign like if the PFA were saying we've got to be represented? The commission was looking at a lot of other stuff as well as this crazy B team shit.

As for the B shit, he's supposed to represent the views of all professional footballers - from the multi-millionaires at Manure and Chelski down to the guys at Torquay and Accrington. Assuming there's a variety of views on the plan within the PFA membership, it's a no brainer that Humps is keeping his personal opinion (whatever it is) to himself.

Firstly it's not a decision, it's a proposal. A fucking piss poor one, but only a proposal.

Secondly it seems that anyone remotely connected to the FA or the England team is grasping at the straws it provides for. Anyone connected to the Football League hates it.

As a bloke who represents all the pro-players I doubt Humphreys has a polarised opinion. If it came to a voting situation, he'd probably have to go for a referendum in the union.

I think Darragh McCarthy, batshit as he is, called it exactly right.
