Fc have been putting in some good performances over the last few weeks in the mid week games but have struggled on a weekend.

They beat wolviston 5-0 last week, matched league winners Stockton town until going a man down and have now beat Seaton.

Shame they get twatted most Saturdays though.

So are they safe from re-election now?

Or is it relegation from the Wearside league?

Not sure if the pyramid system goes to the next level here.

Could have gone either way last night to be honest, Hartlepools keeper pulled off three very good saves in the first half, but I think in the end Hartlepool deserved their victory, stuck to the plan and kept their shape.

As far as relegation goes, the bottom two in the Wearside go up for re-election, no-ones been relegated through a vote, as far as I know in previous seasons.

Hartlepool, after last nights win now sit 17th, with one game left so are all but safe.

Some big news due to come out from the club, as far as the youth system and new clubhouse go in the next couple of weeks, looks like all the hard work and sifting through the piles of shit may actually end up being worthwhile..

I went along last night and watched, Seaton probably edged the first half but Hartlepool come out the blocks second and it was only a matter of time before the got the equaliser. Seaton fell asleep for the winner though, quick freekick to Karl his cross to back post and lad stood on his own heads in. Yubep Seaton's keeper plays for Lion and Hartlepool's plays for 3 lions I think.

Youvebeentangoed well played but thought you were lucky to still have 11 men on the pitch and was the right decision to take the lad off.

In all honesty FC deserved their victory the other night, we should of been out of sight in first 20 minutes but for some excellent saves from FCs keeper. We just stopped playing and deserved exactly what we got sweet FA!!

It's been a good 2nd season though for us, finishing in top 8 and it's an improvement on last season! Next season top 5 is our aim!

As I've said for a while, Ive been more impressed with Seaton, their players, the way they play, than anyone else in the league,

But FC's players, once they got used to the system they played, stuck to the plan and stopped Seaton playing,
(it wasn't just solely that Seaton didn't turn up). as I've heard from most
Fc stopped Seaton's ever dangerous wingers and forwards getting the ball and running at them, management and players learnt something from the previous thumping.. :?:
