I dropped a full parmo on the deck, butter side down, but I got up and got over it. I removed the dog shite and grass (or at least most of it) and finished it before I got home

I had a really bad back - full on sciatica. It was a struggle for a few days but I could make a cheese sandwich, get a beer from the fridge and select a TV channel within a week. Nobody organised a football match for me but I got by on sheer determination. The human spirit is really quite remarkable.
