Correct Mr Compo. You're only allowed Vicks in the Olympics if your mum rubs it on your chest before making you wrap up warm. Any sprays are completely illegal.

The commentators....especially the lass who is a good friend of Jones....were very loud and whooping with delight....but so fuck....it added to the excitement!!!!
