Today was my last day in paid employment.

I am no longer under the yoke. Tomorrow I am self-employed, hopefully until I retire.

Primarily supplying products to giftware retailers, but also consultancy for people needing help with epos/stock control systems, and selling stuff online.

Good luck.

Put one third of everything you bring in money wise into an account ready for the tax man and then when the bill comes in it will be less and you have an extra wad saved. I am sure there are other more sufisticated ways of doing it but it works well.

I've worked from home, you just fart, drink coffee, eat toast and read e-mails until 10 a.m. dressed in a bathrobe and slippers.
