What an elaborate hoax......and so well thought out! Utterly pointless, makes Sussex seem entertaining.

To be honest when he said 36 of them were coming up it rang alarm bells. Not exactly the best away fans so nearly a
coach full on new years day was very optimistic. Obviously had some wierd dreams over xmas. Lets just stuff them big
style, we owe them for the last 2 seasons.I'll gladly text him everytime we score seems he's not making the effort to
turn up.

To be fair our away support is decent I think we average about 600, last season we averaged 558. My point being that we should bring a fair few full coaches.

The fact it's in the holidays may boost the attendance, but on the flip side, whilst hungover I wouldn't fancy going.

Oldham are the only Mancunian club who regularly brought really big followings here. Stockport, Bury and Rochdale usually have a couple hundred

I'll go with about 340 Bury fans at Hartlepool, the win on Sunday probably added about 100 on.

Regarding your average away following, you have to appreciate you are quite well positioned geographically to take decent
followings away. Having said that I can't ever recall you having a decent turnout at pools. Bit cold heh.

I'd be amazed if Bury brought over 400, less than 200 would be my guess they often attract less than 1700 home fans...

With all due respect our average attendance this season is 3,216. Not great by any means but certainly not 1,700.

Anyway attendances don't gain points and I hope for a good game tomorrow.

I said home fans not average attendance.

You had 900 Yorks fans the other day in this League we never get that. You also play the likes of Rochdale, Accrington, Morecambe, Fleetwood who are are all local derbies before you even start to think a about some of the bigger clubs who bring decent followings to somewhere that as better serviced by public transport as it is on the doorstep of a major city.

Bury are a poorly supported club who have never brought 400 to the Vic, I'd be amazed if you did tomorrow.

Accrington and Morecambe are hardly derbies and they only bring 300. Last time we played Rochdale they brought 1100, wheras we took 2400 earlier this season. I would guess our home fans average is 2800.

You had sub 2000 crowds last season in League One at time (1800 against us) this season you have as well again 1900 against us with 200 Pools fans. Your average attendance is boosted by away followings due to your location. I'm not having a go that is the numbers that follow we hardly have a massive fan base, but still I reckon the chance of Bury bringing 400 fans to the Vic tomorrow is fairly close to zero.

You were the only team that occurred with. Both Tuesday night games aswell. Both figures skew our average attendance figures making them seem a couple of hundred lower.

Sounds like you've been in our half twice and our keeper's gifted you a couple of goals.

Hopefully we can get an early goal.

228 from Bury including a massive 7 who followed through on the way and face a long journey back in badly soiled under-crackers.

A free kick and your lad who put it back over was at least 5 yards offside.

One more corner and we'll hit 20, we really should get something for that!?

Some great balls in from corners too, knew it would be a long day when Walker ( I think) didn't put it in from 6 yards early on.

I wish cooper would change things earlier, even go two up front. I know we don't have a brilliant bench but change it and mix it up and give them something else to think about.

Fair enough, we were shite all game today.

Didn't spot your 800 fans though, or your tika taka football to be fair.

We need to look at ourselves, Bury need to watch their backs to avoid the trap-door therethere

Our best players didn't really turn up today. Baldwin wasn't his usual excellent self, Burgess shaky, James I didn't notice, Monky ineffective.

Saying that we were still on top in the game.

Franks, Duckworth and Poole all lively.

I'd like to see us go two upfront in such situations we had nothing to lose.

is shaker77 banned yet? Nobody expected that, and to be fair that's football

But we were only quietly exuding confidence

Anyway shaker 77, I hope you are just as vocal when you lose your next game when the other fans think they'll also possibly win

PS Bury FC might not exist in 25 years - we are an isolated town, and HUFC will exist

I would hate to be in a place where the only thing 99% of people care about is Man U or Man City.

You should be targeting your own townsfolk to save your club, not give it large about us being in the conference next season when, if you had watched today's game... you already know that won't happen

Sums up my view of it.

We weren't 3-0 bad and they weren't 3-0 good.

Their game relied on using the long balls, breaking fast and out muscling us. Our game seemed to rely on not shooting.
