Obama and Cameron criticised for posing for selfie with the glamourous female PM of Denmark at Mandela's Memorial Service

Probably the most controversial moment of Obama's presidency.

Grown adults in doing things other people do shock.

It isn't every day you get a free holiday to South Africa to knock about with your mates let the kids have fun.

I had a selfie this morning, I'm not getting much at the moment and sometimes you have to. It 'a reassuring that even heads of state do it. But to each other I must say, I am shocked.

We are talking about wanking here aren't we :uhoh:

Well, she is, the Daily Mail has called her the "flirty Dane".

Prime Ministers and Politicians weren't exactly known for their good looks, were they?

The Daily Mail called Darlington 1883 the Man United of Non League. They'd probably call an Orange purple if it sold papers.

The thing is though, you would thought 1 of them would have asked them whether it was OK to do it.

People were complaining that they were doing this at funeral. But it was not a funeral yesterday, it was a memorial service.

And during that service, the South Africans had to constantly call for some respect after Zuma got booed during his address.

The host of the memorial service constantly chided the crowd like he was a headmaster telling off one of his pupils.

When Obama spoke, there was a huge roar.

Even de Klerk got cheered more yesterday than Mr Zuma, that's how bad it was.

You know how things are bad when FW de Klerk is cheered more than the President.

Difficult talking about respect when some South Africans didn't show any towards their government.

Who would they ask? Apparently Mandela wasn't taking questions.

Big news as well in Denmark and America:

http://www.dr.dk/Nyheder/Politik/2013/12/11/105941.htm

The headline in the Sun sounds like a title of an episode in The Simpsons - No Selfie Respect.

Unfortunately, it takes some gloss of the handshake between Obama and a Castro at the service, which people should have been talking about.

But instead, it's about the selfie.

That's right. Helle Thorning Schmidt has spoken at the Labour Party Conference once before.

She speaks incredibly good English.

And if that wasn't enough, Archbishop Tutu's home was burgled during the service.

And there were complaints about the sign language interpreter at the service.

Deaf people in SA reckoned they couldn't understand him.

On a more serious note, I reckon when all the hoo hah dies down there will be unrest etc. I'm not sure there is anyone or any group that will be able to stop it. Mandela kept the lid on it.

There's an election due in SA next year. Don't really rate Zuma's chances.

That is apparently what the Daily Mail said.

And they mentioned Borgen as well in the article - if you watch Borgen, then you probably know a little about Denmark.

How strange that they should mention, and this should happen when the final two episodes of the series will be broadcast on Saturday night in the UK!!!

You might have known little about her then, but you know a lot more of her now!

Wouldn't be surprised if the ANC are looking for a new leader soon.
