no the bottom FOUR were re-elected. Or in the days of divisions 3 N and S the bottom two in each of those were re-elected (or voted out as the case may be). There were five consecutive seasons in the 60's that Pools applied which skewed our overall record, as it was comparable to many others up until then such as Darlo, Exeter, Torquay, Crewe, Halifax, Rochdale, Chester etc etc (all the glitterati of the Football League)
